Carol Fronk, 87, was born on August 1, 1938, in Westover, PA, and spent most of her life in the Barberton, Ohio area. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on November 12, 2025.

Carol was a kind, gentle, and deeply loving woman whose greatest joy in life was caring for the people she cherished. She was passionate about her family, devoted to those she loved, and carried a warm, steady presence that made everyone around her feel valued and at home.

She lived her life with quiet strength, generosity, and a heart full of grace. Carol touched countless lives with her compassion and unwavering love.

Carol enjoyed hiking the Summit County Metro Parks—proudly earning 23 shields for completing the trails each year—playing bingo, and going to the casino with her son. She treasured her many trips with her daughter and never missed a chance to cheer on her favorite teams, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

She is survived by her brother, Danny (Karen) Fronk; her daughter, Tammy (Frank) Coen; her son, William “Du” Confer Jr. (Lisa and Asher); her grandchildren, Tara Hershberger (Ben), Tiffany Randall (Mike), and William Confer III (Jaclyn); and her great-grandchildren, Gage Hershberger (Margo), Rylee Hershberger, Colton Randall, Jaxson Confer, and Laney Confer. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

Carol was welcomed into her eternal home by those who went before her: her husband, Marv Price; her parents, Florence (Clifford) Hoffman and Daniel (Eva) Fronk; and her siblings, Elaine (Dan) Shoemaker, Bobby (Pat & Karen) Spoonster, Myrle (Joe) Ocepek, and Greg Hoffman.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful."  2 Timothy 4:7.  In keeping with her wishes, the family will gather for a celebration of her life at a later date.  A special thank-you to Hospice and to those who cared for her at JAG Healthcare of Orrville.
