Carol Rita Gormley, born on September 4, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 4, 2026. Carol was a private person who enjoyed her time at the casinos and was a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. She had a special affection for her cats, who brought her joy throughout her life.
A graveside service will be held on February 9, 2026, at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery located at 1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064. The service will begin at 11:00 AM., where guests will gather in the small parking area by the Chapel.
Carol will be remembered for her love of simple pleasures and her quiet, yet passionate, spirit.
