Carol Ann Maiocchi

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann T. Maiocchi, who departed this life on November 24, 2025, in Williamsburg, Virginia, at the age of 73. Born on May 26, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York, Carol lived a life marked by dedication, intellect, and passion.

Carol embarked on her academic journey at New York University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to the esteemed Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she further honed her skills and expertise. In 1998, she achieved certification as an Employee Specialist, a testament to her commitment to professional excellence.

Over the years, Carol built a distinguished career, initially serving as a Principal at Buck Consultants. Her competence and leadership were further recognized when she became a Partner at PriceWaterhouse, where she provided invaluable advice and services to her many clients.

A woman of diverse interests, Carol cherished history and had a deep appreciation for museums, ballet, theater, and literature. She derived immense joy from walking through museums and parks. Her love for these pursuits was reflective of her vibrant and inquisitive spirit.

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Fred and Millie Thomas. She leaves behind her devoted and beloved husband, Anthony J. Maiocchi, who stood by her side throughout their shared journey.

A Funeral Mass in honor of Carol's life will be held at St. Bede Catholic Church on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 12 pm, followed by a reception. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who touched many hearts.
