Carol Irene (Veasey) Mangiacotti, of Leominster passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Bernadette (Dower) Veasey. A lifelong resident of Leominster, Carol's life was defined by her devotion to family, her dedication to helping others, and her warm, generous spirit. Carol was a proud graduate of St. Bernard's High School.

Later in life, she furthered her education and earned her Associate's Degree from Mount Wachusett Community College-an achievement she cherished. Over the years she held several positions, including work with E.B. Kingman and Regina Printing. However, her true calling was her role as a Court Advocate at the Gardner District Court, where she assisted battered women. Her compassion, strength, and unwavering support made a profound impact on the lives of many.

Carol is survived by her children Cynthia Ekberg, her husband Steven of Northbridge, Anthony Stacy, his wife Betty of Leominster, Colleen Perla, her partner Ken Picard of Hudson, Richard M. Stacy, his wife Fern of Leominster, Dominic Mangiacotti and his wife Elise of Hensley, Arkansas. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life. Carol cherished every moment spent with them.

In addition, Carol is predeceased by her son, James Michael Stacy. She was blessed with many dear friends whose companionship enriched her life through the years. She will be remembered for her kindness, her sense of humor, and the deep love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her.

We would like to thank her VNA caregiver, Miriam for her compassion and support.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Richardson Funeral Home, 106 West St. from 5-7PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union St. at 11AM. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester and VNA Care of Leominster.
