Carol Moritz

Carol was the first friend I made, outside of my neighborhood, in Meredith and I miss her already. We met at the Library while playing Bridge where we discovered that we had both lived in Colorado Springs at the same time, had our babies at the same time, at the same hospital and with the same OB practice. Small, small world.
We shared laughter, old lady sleepovers with our Bridge friends and pride in our children and grandchildren.
The unimaginable loss of Ray, her lifelong love, was terrible and yet my last message from her was upbeat and as always fill of hope. Just like Carol.
