Carol was preceded in passing by her daughter, Lori Mulnix; parents, Edward and Josephine Korbinski; siblings, Sophie and Frank Chlystek.
She is survived by her husband, James, of 61 years; siblings, Rosie Elrod, Ted (Kathy) Korbinski and Edward (Linda) Korbinski.
Carol was a loving and hardworking woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a deep love for gardening and could often be found tending to her plants and flowers. She also enjoyed fishing, especially at Boyne Falls, Michigan – a place that held a special meaning to her. For 24 years, Carol owned and operated a motel in Boyne Falls. In addition to her business, she was also a talented beautician.
