Carol L. Proctor, 76, of Rillton, passed away on Nov. 2, 2025, at Walden's View of North Huntington. She was born on Dec. 26, 1948, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Carl and Eva Weitzel. She was a member of Circleville Methodist Church and a graduate of Burrell High School, where she had been an avid swimmer and softball player. She enjoyed fishing, reading, and everything Christmas. Preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Richard, her brother, Wayne, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, she is survived by her daughter, Kelli Maryanski; son, Jason Proctor, and wife, Julie; five grandchildren, Kiera, Kaetlyn, Austin, Tyler, and Kathryn; nephews, Tim, Adam, Cole, Jake, Noah, and Bryce; nieces, Kristin, Maureen, Christina, Abbey, and Anna; and great-niece and great-nephew, Remi and Roane. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntington.
