Carol Ruff Obituary
A small graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Friday, July 28 at 9 a.m. at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa, IL, with Rev. Terry Lancaster, officiating and a private dinner to follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Carol was born on September 6, 1949 in Ottawa to Clarence and Charlotte (Diest) Peddicord. She worked at the American Legion. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her two sons, Jason (Edna) Ruff of Mineral, Michael (Shondra) Ruff of Geneseo; two grandchildren, Mikaylee and Kierra; two brothers, Richard (Carol) Peddicord of Marseilles, and John (Susan) Peddicord of Montgomery, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Charlotte; and a sister, Donna Peddicord.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Woodridge Assisted Living in Geneseo.
