Carol Reeves Williams, 69 of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and formerly of Gaithersburg, Maryland entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 26th at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Carol was born on November 25, 1944 to the late Detective William T. Reeves, Sr. and Marian Reeves-Wilkerson. She was the youngest of seven children. Carol received her formal education in the Harrisburg School System and graduated from John Harris High School. Carol loved cooking and traveling, and in her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed working puzzles and watching her special television programs. Carol was preceded in transitioning into eternal rest by her sisters, Winifred McGarrity and Vivian Savoy, and her brother, William T. Reeves, Jr. She leaves to celebrate her life, daughter; Malia Reeves, three grandchildren; Airia Reeves, Adrian Reeves, and Cheryl Reeves, three great-grandchildren; Ayanna Reeves, Ziair Reeves, and Demmi Hewitt all of Harrisburg, PA., three devoted and living sisters; Stella Marshall, Margaretta Craig, and Bonnie Manning, all of Harrisburg, PA., and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends. Carol Requested there be no viewing, memorial or funeral services. There will be a dinner to celebrate her memory for family and friends to be determined at a later date. Bonnie, Stella & Family My condolences to you all. So glad I had an opportunity to visit and speak with Carol these past 2 years. We, with my twin sister, were born a few days apart and our mothers were recuperating together. Carol reminded me of this when she was so sweet and instrumental in bringing her good memories and words of encouragement and love to our hospitalized mutual school friend.
