Carole Jeanne Flippo Miller, 88, died at her daughter's home in Silverton, Oregon on 26 Nov 2025. She was born 14 Oct 1937 in Carrollton, Arkansas to Coy J. Flippo and Sarah Adeline Finlay. She married her husband, Ralph G. Miller, in a double-marriage ceremony with his brother Ronald W. Miller and Irene Stanton in Winchester, ID on 21 Jun 1957. Carole and Ralph shared 24 years of marriage before his passing. She previously resided in Winchester, ID; Fall City, OR; Kamiah, ID; Dallas, OR; and Silverton, OR.
A loving mother and wife, she had also worked outside the home as a bookkeeper and as a chiropractic assistant. She always had a kind smile to share with others. She enjoyed reading, walking on the beach, playing video games, and solving word puzzles.
Carole was the second oldest of many siblings, including:
Jearl (JD) Flippo (deceased), Robert Flippo, Rose Mary Flippo (died young), Melvin Flippo, Betty Vincent, Joyce Evelyn Flippo (died young), Lona Flippo, Gary Flippo, Karin Campbell, Terry Flippo (deceased)
Carole and Ralph had 3 children:
Charles G. Miller (deceased), Linda J. Troyer, Kristine M. Keeton
Her grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, include: Trista Hulbert, Jason Hulbert, Amber Miller, Corey Miller, Jeanne Troyer, David Troyer, Valerie Troyer, and her great-granddaughter Bailey Miller. Plus many more that called her "Grandma".
