Caroline Conine, age 37 of Manning, IA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at her home. Caroline Sue Freese was born on August 3, 1988, to parents Richard Freese and Clarann Lightfoot in Fort Dodge, IA. She was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Manson, IA, and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone, IA. Caroline attended school in Boone where she grew up.

Caroline was blessed with three daughters, Cathleen, Natasha, and Cathrine. She was so very proud of her girls and spending time with them is what meant the most to her.

Throughout her life, Caroline worked at various restaurants. She enjoyed thrifting/junking in her free time and always had an abundance of treasures stored away with plans of refurbishing them. In high school, she swam on the school's swim team. Swimming was something that stuck with her as she loved spending time in the pool with her girls. She also enjoyed time spent around the fire when they'd gather in the backyard. Caroline always had a love for cats as well.

Caroline was a bit of a free spirit who simply did what she wanted to do. She loved her family and will be missed dearly by them and all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her daughters, Natasha and Cathrine Conine; mother Clarann Lightfoot of Lake View, IA; father Richard Freese of Manson, IA; sister Jessica Freese of Manson, IA; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Caroline was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Cathleen Conine.
