Carolyn Allen Obituary
Four Oaks: Mrs. Carolyn Jean Wise Allen, age 72, of Keen Road passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 at The Laurels of Forest in Garner, NC. Funeral Services will be held-10:00 AM Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks, NC. Officiating will be Pastor Gerald Blake and Mr. Mike Carswell. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Church Cemetery in Four Oaks.
Mrs. Allen was born on July 10, 1950 in Harnett County to the late Kirby Wise Jr. and Josephine Thompson Wise. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Allen; son, Scotty Edward Allen; sister, Pam Hinton; and her special dog, Bingo. She was a homemaker and spent her life taking care of her family. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.
Surviving include her sons, Timothy Allen and wife, Kimberly of Four Oaks and Jeffrey Allen and wife, Crystal of Garner; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Diane Harper, Vicky Carswell, Connie Patterson, and Wanda Sasser; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC.
