Carolyn L. (Hackett) Boulette Valastro, 60, of Millbury passed away unexpectedly, Saturday July 26, 2025, in her home. Carol was one of five children, she is survived by her brothers William Hackett and partner Richard of Spencer, Robert Hackett and wife Lisa of Worcester, James Dunn and spouse Kellie of Worcester, and Donald Dunn of Palmer. Carolyn is also survived by her 5 loving children, Tabatha Boulette of Millbury, Cassandra Boulette and partner Jose of Worcester, Christopher Boulette and Fiancé Ali of Webster, Michael Valastro and wife Kara of Webster, and Gabrielle Valastro and partner Holly of Brookfield. She is also survived by her boyfriend of 19 years Pablo Rivera of Worcester and his son Pablo Rivera of North Carolina. As well as many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and 14 grandchildren all whom she loved dearly.
Sadly, in addition to her parents William Hackett and Sandra Dunn, Carolyn was also predeceased by her daughter Sabrina Valastro whom was not only her daughter but was always described as her best friend.
Growing up Carol had a love for music, her favorite artist being Elvis. Carol enjoyed singing and dancing. Carol had a great love for the Lord and enjoyed reading her bible and listening to sermons. She loved spending time with her family and was known for her big heart. She also enjoyed going to the beach, the casino, and loved her cashwords. Carol worked as a PCA for many years and had a passion for taking care of others and always developing a loving relationship with them. She will be remembered by her friends and family as a ball of love with a huge heart.
Calling hours will be held for Carolyn on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. in the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral service will be held at 10:00a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel. Interment for Carolyn will immediately follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury.
