Carolyn Elaine Cherwinski

Carolyn Elaine Cherwinski, died November 24, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on December 12, 1942, in Coldwater, Michigan, the daughter of the late James and Pearl Fults.
Carolyn's journey began surrounded by the love of her siblings Diane, Susan, Theresa, Evann, and Rick. She was a guiding light for her family, and though she now joins her late parents and siblings Beverly, Vivian, Judy, and Raymond, her legacy of love continues to shine brightly through her family.
For 42 years, Carolyn shared a life of love and partnership with her devoted husband, Michael Cherwinski. Together, they nurtured a family that grew to include their children, Wanda (Andrew) Cherwinski, Randy (Teri) Cherwinski, Fred (Patty) Osredkar, Jeff Cherwinski, Peggy Melke, Tracy (Tom) Henry, Stacy (Jason Smith) Parker, and a lineage that blossomed to 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Each family member was a precious bloom in the vibrant garden of her life.
Carolyn's passion for the natural world was evident in her love for gardening, a hobby that provided her with immense joy and a way to share her beauty with the world. Her artistic spirit was also expressed through her painting. The serenity of nature is where she found peace in the quietude of fishing and the excitement of hunting, activities she often enjoyed with her loved ones.
Her hands, always moving with purpose, created warmth and comfort through knitting and crocheting, crafting treasures that would be cherished by her family for generations. Camping trips were a staple, a chance for Carolyn to immerse herself and her family in the great outdoors, creating memories under the canopy of stars.
Described as the embodiment of thoughtfulness, Carolyn's gentle spirit and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She approached life with a quiet strength and a warm smile, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand. Her presence was a source of calm in any storm, and her guidance was sought by many.
