Carolyn Dick

Carolyn Dorothy Dick, age 82, of Chesterfield Township, Michigan, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025, at McLaren Hospital in Mt. Clemens, MI. Born on May 31, 1943, in Detroit, MI, she was the beloved daughter of Peter and Mary (Jendzejaczak) Kostecki.

Carolyn was predeceased by her loving husband, James Ellis Dick, in 2003. She was a devoted mother to her children, Karen Zischerk (Michael) , Bethann Dick, and James Ellis Dick III (Cassandra). She was a proud grandmother to Joshua, Nicholas, Jared, Dalton, Joey, Megan, and Jordyn, and cherished her role as a great-grandmother to Juliette. Carolyn also leaves behind her dear sister, Mary Ann Kostecki, and was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa (Emm) Taylor.

In her professional life, Carolyn was a dedicated and conscientious V.P. of Operations, a role in which she excelled and earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

Her children remember her as loving, caring, and always generous. Carolyn's warmth and compassion left a lasting impression on all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

In accordance with her family's wishes, a private family gathering will be held to honor and celebrate Carolyn's beautiful soul and the profound impact she had on those around her.

Carolyn's legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her memory will forever be cherished.
