Mrs. Carolyn Jean Jones, 69, of Monroe, LA, passed away on January 1, 2026, at her home in Monroe.
Mrs. Jones loved fishing and was a wonderful housewife. She was always there for everyone and shared many amazing memories with so many people whose lives she had touched.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Weta Mae McDaniel; husband, Glenn Alton Jones; son, Frank McDaniel; brother, Charlie McDaniel, Jr.; sister, Linda Ponder; and nephews, John Wayne Ponder and Charlie Fisher; and partner, Clyde Wilson.
Survivors include her daughters, Christy McDaniel and Betty McDaniel; son, Dennis McDaniel and wife Elizabeth; brother, John Keith McDaniel; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
