Carolyn Sue Logsdon

Carolyn Sue Logsdon, 80 of Lewistown, Missouri passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Hannibal Regional Hospital at Hannibal, Missouri.
The daughter of Homer Roy and Pauline Mae Gallaher Whan was born on December 14, 1942 at LaBelle, Missouri.
She was united in marriage to Ronald J. Logsdon on February 27, 1965 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Canton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 27, 2000.
Carolyn was a lifelong resident of Lewistown. She graduated from Lewistown High School and Gem City Business College. She worked at Huck & Fixture Co. as a secretary for four years and was a certified medical technician at LaBelle Manor for 34 years. She and her husband farmed and owned Logsdon Trucking for 10 years. She loved and enjoyed being with her family, being on the farm and taking care of the cows. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. She never knew a stranger and would do anything for anyone that was in need.
She is survived by her three sons, Todd (Marie) Logsdon of Canton, Mo., Dusty (Shelly) Logsdon of Lewistown, Mo. and Cory (Aimee) Logsdon of Lewistown, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Layton, Kase, Roan and Emberlyn Logsdon, Cody Spangler, Randy Buchanan, Josh Braun, Chris Tournear and Derek Engi; siblings, Thelma (Tom) Arnold of LaBelle, Mo., Sharon (Gary) Sims of Fulton, Mo., Mike (Jayne) Whan of Lewistown, Mo., Chrissy (Bill) Rich of Shelbyville, Mo., Jeff Whan of Lewistown, Mo. and Bill (Linda) Whan of Lewistown, Mo.; sister in law, Phyllis (Daryl) Eisenberg of Maywood, Mo.; brother in laws, Steve (Sharon) Logsdon of Lawton, Ok., Mike (Susie) Logsdon of Maywood, Mo. and Pat (Leann) Logsdon of Canton, Mo.; and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Nick Logsdon, grandson, Levi Spangler, sister, Norma Jean Barton, father and mother in law, Russell (Fern) Logdson, mother in law, Patsy Logsdon and a brother in law, Randy Logsdon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Arnold's Funeral Home in Lewistown, Missouri with Rev. Tony Stottlemyre officiating. Burial will be in the Lewistown Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 until 7 PM at Arnold's Funeral Home in Lewistown.
Memorials may be made to Lewistown Cemetery Association.
