On Wednesday March 12, 2025, Carolyn Wyatt Williams, 79, went home to our Lord and Savior.
A funeral service will be held at Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM with Rev. Terry Larson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of Dale and Sandra Williams. A graveside committal will follow the service at Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Carolyn was born on August 26th, 1945, in Reidsville, NC to the late Albert Daniel Wyatt and Myrtle Virginia Stone Wyatt. She was a faithful member of Ruffin Stacy Baptist Church and retired from the Rockingham County school system. She was always there to help those in need, most of all she loved her family and her church family. Carolyn will be remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother she will be deeply missed by all.
Along with her parents, she was proceeded in death by her siblings, Doris Donathan, and Bobby Wyatt; sister in laws, Alice Wyatt and Billy Jean Wyatt.
She is survived by her brother, Mike Wyatt; sons, Brian (Twila) Williams, Billy (Suzanna) Williams, Dale (Sandra) Williams; grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Blake Williams, Dylan Williams and Chelsea (Chris) Woods; great granddaughter, Savannah Williams; great grandson, Cameron Woods and a large and loving group of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105-3678
