Caroylyn Tupone Obituary
February 12, 1975 - December 7, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Carolyn Tupone, age 50, of St. Augustine, Florida. Carolyn's sudden departure on December 7, 2025, has left a profound sadness in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.
Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She is survived by her husband, Steve; her cherished sons, Dylan and Nicholas; and her father, Ed Johnston, who was an unwavering source of love and strength throughout her life. She is reunited in heaven with her mother, Janet Johnston, and her brother, Michael Johnston, whom she loved dearly.
Those who knew Carolyn will remember her shining spirit, her infectious laughter, her passion for football, and her deep love for spending time with family and friends. She brought heart humor, and kindness to every moment.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Details will be shared with family and friends.
