MRS. CARRIE SHEETS DANCY Mrs. Carrie Belle Sheets Dancy, age 74, of Kingcross Lane, Millers Creek, widow of Jay Dancy died Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2:00, Wednesday, November 17, at Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Faw and the Rev. Julius Blevins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday night. Mrs. Dancy was born in Wilkes County, May 18, 1936, to Johnny Abraham and Annie Bess Dancy Sheets. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. Mrs. Dancy is survived by three daughters, Cindi Miller and husband, Ronald of Wilkesboro, Tianna Dancy of Moravian Falls, Jeanie South and husband, Lanny of Millers Creek; three sons, Roy Dancy and wife, Sheridan of Atlanta, GA, Taylor Jolly and wife, Mollie of Cameron, NC, Wesley Dancy and wife, Kim of Millers Creek; three sisters, Loraine Baity and husband, Harvey of Wilkesboro, Josephine Luther of Millers Creek, Corrine Spears of North Wilkesboro; three brothers, Burl Sheets and wife, Carrie, Kyle Sheets and wife, Christine all of North Wilkesboro, Don Sheets and wife, Mary of Millers Creek; seven grandchildren, Melanie Wells, Nathan Miller, Courtney Dancy, Erin Dancy, Gracie jolly, Lillian Jolly, Trevor Townley; two great grandchildren, Ada Wells and Raleigh Miller.
