Carrie Schweizer Obituary

Carrie A. Schweizer, 57, of Lower Burrell, passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born May 14, 1968, daughter of Charles and Susan (Smith) Beacom, of Frazer Township. Carrie lived most of her life in Tarentum, where she was a caregiver and of the Presbyterian faith. She was a graduate of Deer Lakes High School and enjoyed spending time with her family. Besides her parents, she is survived by her children, Jennifer G. Schweizer, of Pitcairn, Katherine M. Schweizer, of Lower Burrell; and granddaughter, Morgan J. Wise. Also surviving are her siblings, Stacey (Joe) Kadel, of St. Augustine, FL, Tammy (Ron) Edwards, of Lower Burrell, and Charles F. (Jennifer) Beacom, of Tarentum. All services and burial will be private. Arrangements by DUSTER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526.
