Carson Lee Adams

Carson Lee Adams passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Known for his playful sense of humor, Carson had a special propensity for teasing the women in his life and always with a twinkle in his eye.
Throughout his working life, Carson held positions with various companies, consistently willing to work hard. Yet of all his roles, the one he cherished most was serving as Adair County Commissioner. He took pride in serving his community and valued the opportunity to make a difference close to home.
Carson leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Barb Adams, his beloved son, Jason Adams (Kristen), his adored grandson, Connor Adams, a sister-in-law, Patti Miller (Craig), a niece, Mary Listhartke (Jacob), a nephew Grant Miller (Morgan), and many family members and friends.
He's proceeded in death by his precious daughter, Angie, his parents, Carol Dean and Cleta, and his sister, Shannon.
A memorial service will be held at a later date
