We knew something was wrong when Casper didn´t show up at our bakery for several days. He was always a ray of sunshine and an inspiration! He´d bring in his laptop and get comfortable by a window with coffee and a pastry. We already miss him. Karen, Rebekah and Xavier at The French Confection
