Weslaco- Cassandra Isabel Hernandez, 26, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in Weslaco, Texas.
Cassandra was born on August 12, 1998 to Mrs. Josie Sepulveda in Austin, Texas.
Cassandra is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Abundia Tafolla.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Josie Sepulveda; her raising mother, Concepcion Tafolla; her brother, Edward Martinez Jr.; her sisters, Connie Nayeli (Naeem) Akhtar, Katherine A. (Abisai Zambrano Jr.) Medrano; and numerous, cousins, aunts & uncles.
Visitation for Ms. Cassandra Isabel Hernandez is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10:00 am at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Heavens in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Mercedes Memorial Restlawn in Mercedes.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
