Our dear Mama, Catalina A. Salinas, known to everyone as Lina/Nena, sadly passed away on January 1, 2025 at St. Lukes East Hospital at the age of 80. She was the loving wife of Ernesto O. Salinas. She was a dedicated mother of Eucelyn Parker (Larry), Eufemia Gray (Rick), Eunice Guindon (Daniel), Eulina Stuck (Ray) and Carl. Lina was a special Lola (grandmother) to Mardy, Chelson (Bethany), Jared, Innalyn, Chesa and two great grandchildren, Chloe and Eliana. She is survived by her siblings Benjie Mausisa (Bella), Rebecca Badidles (the late Toots), Danny Mausisa (Edith), Imee Avellana (Edwin). Lina will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, friends and colleagues here in the US and the Philippines. If desired donations to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated by the family.
