Catherine Frase, 62, of Palatine formerly of Mount Prospect passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on December 28th, 2025. Loving mother of Brandon and the late Joseph Frase. Dear sister to Barbara Jacks (Bob), the late Carolee Dalbec (Pat), Char Buckley (Chuck), Robert Winfrey (Barbara), and David Winfrey (Rebecca). Loving aunt and great aunt to several nieces and nephews and friend to many. Daughter of the late Charles and the late Ivagene Winfrey. Long time manager of the Arlington Heights Ulta Store.
