Mrs. Catherine Malmquist Fries

Catherine Malmquist Fries, 64, of North Charleston, SC passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2011. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Cathy was born on July 27, 1947 in Phoenix, daughter of Robert Willis Malmquist and Nancy Dennison Malmquist, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, Robert Fries (wife Tammy) of North Charleston, SC and Eric Fries of Olympia, WA; her daughters, Jane Fries (partner Skipper) and Sara Fries, both of Summerville, SC; her partner Bill Ackerman of North Charleston; her sister Mary Malmquist of Tampa, FL, and her brother, Andy Malmquist of Canaan, NH.
