Catherine J. Henderson

Catherine J. Henderson, 92, of Southampton, NJ passed away on February 10, 2026. Born on January 30, 1934, daughter of the late Benedict and Florence (Fullerton) Buttacavoli in Philadelphia, PA. Catherine was preceded in death and by her devoted husband, Robert Henderson, her brother, Nicholas Buttacavoli, and her sisters, Terri Stambaugh, and Roberta Affleck.

Catherine is survived by her two beloved sisters, Agnes Collins and Louise Buttacavoli. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters, nieces and nephews, who brought joy to her life.

Catherine and Robert shared a beautiful marriage for 61 wonderful years. Catherine was a wonderful wife and friend who cherished her family above all. She created a home filled with love and warmth. Catherine's spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Visitation and funeral services will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026. Visitation is from 9:30-10:30 AM at Mathis Funeral Home, located at 58 N Main Street, Medford, NJ. The funeral service will follow after the visitation at 11:00 AM, at St. Mary of the Lakes RC Church in Medford, NJ. Catherine will be laid to rest at the Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem.
