She was born August 6, 1978 in Elyria, OH and had been a Elyria resident for the past three years moving from Lorain.
Catherine worked for Ford Motor Co. for three years.
She enjoyed riding scooters with her fiancé, cooking, playing with her grandchildren, and was her daddys little girl.
She is survived by her father, Gregory Hluszti of Vermilion; mother, Donna Nelson; fiancé, Joseph Hitchens Jr, children, Hailley Mitchell of Elyria, Chirstine (Timothy Payne) Mitchell, Ashley (James Robinson) Mitchell, Edwin (Janet) Mitchell; grandchildren, Timothy and Skylar Payne, Olivia Lee'Rose and Edna Mitchell; sister, Nina Hluszti of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph and Edna Hluszti; cousin, Melissa Hollis; and aunt, Sandra Patterson
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 11:00 until the time of service at 1:00 at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. The Reverend Jim Cooper will officiate. Interment will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst. A Celebration of Catherine's life will be held at a later date.
