Catherine Anne Hogan, 81, of Harrison, TN, walked peacefully into the outstretched arms of Jesus March 1, 2026. Born in Chattanooga, TN on May 30, 1944. Catherine was known for her love for Nascar, Tennessee football, dirt track racing and her family. Each and everyone being made to feel so loved. Her spunk and sass always kept us on our toes and always smiling.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Ethel Cash; son, Luther "Peewee" Hogan and many brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind to cherish her life; her sons, JC Hogan (Debra) and Scottie Hogan (Daphne); seven grandchildren, Tyler Hogan (Kayla), Brad Hogan, Kaylor Hogan (Raven), Hunter Hogan, Gabrielle Mendez (Isaiah), Chasity Hogan (Jake Prince), Daniel Anderson (Tressie Howard); eight great-grandchildren, Peyton, Maddox, Nicholas, Josie, Ryland, Thea, Stetson, and Dalony.
The family would like to give a special thanks to her lovely niece, Carolyn Ervin, Catherine's "partner in crime". We love and appreciate you forever. We also would like to give a special thanks to Bartlebaugh Baptist Church for your help with mother.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM-5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Bartlebaugh Baptist Church, 6129 Champion Road, Chattanooga, TN 37416. A celebration of life service will be held following visitation.
