She was born February 28, 1940 in New York, New York to the late Dominic and Josephine Mauro.
Ms. Neglia and her husband relocated to Sebastian, Florida over thirty-five years ago.
Catherine was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Salvatore F. Neglia; sons, Salvatore, Jr. and Anthony Neglia; daughters, Donna Skelly and Connie Voght; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren with two on the way; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Augustine Mauro, Diane Splina, Dominic Mauro, Jr. and Anthony Mauro.
A Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 1655 27 th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 13075 U.S. Rte 1, Sebastian, FL 32958.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or by visiting: https://www.stjude.org/
Arrangement are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
