God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I didn't know Catherine well, I met her through Dan Fruit and she was the sweetest most caring and thoughtful person. She will be missed. May you keep your memories close to your heart, as never forget she is in your heart.

Dear Family of Catherine Schmidt, Your was the Best in everything in life! As a high school boy, I helped Richard with the farming and milking cows. Catherine always had the delicious dinners and dessert! I loved working with Richard and having dinner every day. The summer days were the greatest of all times! I loved working and enjoyed all the children. We laughed everyday and loved work, the food, the care and love everyone in family.
