Catherine Young, as a young boy in school you showed me kindness and a gentle touch, while administering tough love. Your lessons I continue to use today, my family and I will certainly miss you. I am certain you are resting in peace and will hurt no more.

I will always remember Catherine Young. She was my mentor at Mosby School, and I was a young teacher fresh out of Virginia Union University in 1964. Cat was very resourceful and creative. I know she is resting now with our Lord and at peace. My prayers are with you.

I am very much aware of the feelings you are having right now, but always remember that God has you in the palm of HIS hand and that He loves you very much. I know the memories of your mom will never replace her presence. My prayers are constantly with you and I am here if you need me.
