Cathleen "Cathy" Byers Taylor passed away August 5, 2025. A funeral service will be held at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on August 16th. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., with services and burial to follow directly after.

We went to school together. We weren't friends in school, but thanks to Facebook, we became friends. We had some interesting conversations. I recently visited her page because I realized I hadn't seen any posts for awhile. I thought about messaging her, but didn't. Her last message to me was telling me I needed to post more. RIH Cathy. I know you are with your parents and Grandmother.
