Ms. Cathryn Fern Reaves

I knew Cathy since 1993 at DSTV. It was encouraging to work with her when there were not many women in video production back in the day. Under her leadership, DSTV grew with talented producers who produced distance learning programs and award winning videos. She retired in 2016 and left a lasting legacy at Dallas ISD.

With heartfelt sympathy on Cathy´s passing, may the love, prayers and support of your family and friends bring you comfort during this most difficult time.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this note as words cannot fully capture the deep sorrow I feel. Since, 2001, when I started working with you at DSTV. You were more then just a boss lady to me, you have been a mentor, and a true friend. Your genuine kindness and rare, beautiful soul touched my life in ways I never imagined possible. We will all miss you Cathy.
