Cathy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Larry Taylor; children, Melinda Crumel (Link), Renee Templeton (Ray), James Taylor (Mindy), Christopher Taylor (Irlib), Jeremy Taylor; brothers, Larry Wright (Diane), Morris Wright (Mary); grandchildren, Blake, Keri, Marissa, Darian, Kayla, Katelyn, Madison, Hayden, Arianna, David, Alex; and 18 great-grandchildren
In addition to her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Wright.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 29, 2025, at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
