Cecelia A. Kowalchick
Naugatuck - Cecelia A. Kowalchick, 78, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Beacon Brook Health Center. She was the wife of Victor M. Kowalchick.
Mrs. Kowalchick was born September 29, 1946, in Torrington, the daughter of the late Raymond and Ella (Wilcox) Jobin. She was raised in Torrington and graduated from Torrington High School. Continued her education, earning her bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Central Connecticut State University.
Besides her husband of 20 years, she is survived by three daughters, Jen, Courtney, and Whitney; her six grandchildren; her brothers Raymond and Thomas Jobin; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church St., Naugatuck. Friends are asked to meet directly at church, and there are no calling hours. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck. Memorial contributions may be made to Beacon Brook Health Care, 89 Weid Dr., Naugatuck, CT 06770. For online condolences, to share a photo or a story, please visit www.fordfh.com.
