Cecelia Pearl Nobriga, 87, of Hilo, HI, died at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home - Hilo on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. She was born in Hilo, HI. She was a homemaker and was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Friends may call at the Dodo Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, March 19 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where a Wake Service will be held at 6:00 PM. Friends may also call at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Friday, March 20, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, where a Mass will be held at 9:30 AM, followed by burial at 11:30 a.m. at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2. The family requests casual attire. She is survived by her Son, Arnold (Grace) Nobriga of Mountain View, HI and Paul (Tanja) Nobriga of Hilo, HI; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
