Dear Connie. You may not remember me but Iwas Carol Jones Todd many years ago. Cecil was a very good friend to my first husband. When he was in Spartanburg regional for many weeks Cecil would come to sit and talk with him every week. They had such good visits, mostly about sports. He was such a sweet guy and I will never forget his friendship. May God get you through this trying time. I will continue to pray for you and your family
