Cecil Brown Obituary
Cecil was a member of Geneva Baptist church. He was a deputy jailor for Lincoln County for several years. He loved to read and watch Westerns. Cecil loved the Lord and studying his Bible.
Cecil is survived by his daughter, Angela Brown of McKinney; sisters: Rosie Johnson of Lincoln County, Shirley Meadows of Waynesburg, and Frances Brown of Stanford; grandson, Zane Marlow; step grandchildren: LeeAnne, Emily, Gary Lee, Katie, Casey, Felecia, and Ashley; step great grandchildren; step great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Cecil was preceded in death by his brothers: Ranzey, Dallas, and Henry Clay Brown; and stepdaughters: Gwen and Gina Moore.
Visitation is 5:00pm-7:00pm, Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00pm with Bro. Mike Yocum officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Bruce Brown, Randy Brown, Jack Douglas, Jason King, Shane King, Brandon Hines, and Jimmy Douglas.
