Cecil was born on March 20, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017. Cecil was a resident of Tennessee. He was joined the United States Army. The service will be conducted at the Pulaski Church of God on Thursday May 18th2017. The family will receive visitors Thursday from 11:30 - 12:30 followed by open mic tributes at 12:30. Service begins at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin VA. As an alternative to flowers contributions may be made to The Mission to support ministry and missions projects that were special to Cecil. The address is 1300 Joseph Boone Blvd NW Atlanta GA 30314.
