Cecil Kelver Obituary
Visitation will be held on November 16, 2023 from 4-7 pm at Osceola United Methodist Church, located at 431 N Beech Rd, Osceola, IN 46561. The funeral service will take place on November 17, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the same location. Interment and Military Honors will follow the funeral service at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
Cecil Ray Kelver attended Mishawaka High School. He worked for Kelver's Garage.
Cecil Ray Kelver served in the US Navy.
