Our sincere condolences to our beloved cousin Cecil Frazier Mitchell Jr. We enjoyed him while he was here will greatly miss him. So thankful by the gifts given to Cecil by God. A very studious mind which Cecil used to the best of his ability. Your with dad and mom now rest in peace.
