Cecil Lamar Pearce

Cecil and I were coworkers at the Georgia Department of Transportation. He had a calming influence on all he encountered. Soft spoken with a smile on his face and wisdom in his mouth is the way I remember Cecil.

Cecil was a one of a kind Supervisor at Rogers Bridge. His patience and wisdom will forever be appreciated and missed. RIP Boss.
