Cecil Rhoads

Mr. Rhoads was my American History teacher in my junior year at Nevada High School. I remember him very fondly as a concerned teacher who loved his students.

We knew Cecil from his days at Lincoln HS and he was the nicest person and all loved him. HE lived in Ankeny not far from us and it was a pleasure every time we would see him. He lived a full life and made everyone around him very Happy.
We all loved him and he will be missed Gary and Sue
