"I am my beloved's, And my beloved is mine." Song of Songs 6:3
Cecilia Beltran Mikolajczak, a life-long follower of Jesus Christ, entered into eternal repose on June 12, 2023 with her family and friends at her side in
Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Cecilia was born in Manila Philippines on July 12, 1963 to Israelito Narvaez Beltran and Teresita Hechanova Beltran. She is preceded in death by her husband, Zbigniew "Zbyszek" Mikolajczak and her father, Israelito Beltran. She is survived by Teresita Hechanova Beltran, mother; Leslie Beltran, sister; Eileen Beltran, sister; Alan Beltran, brother; Jenny Lee, sister-in-law; Diana Beltran Stocking, sister; Forrest Stocking, brother-in-law; David Beltran, brother; and Monica Kong Beltran, sister-in-law. Cecilia is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews: Brandon-Jay Romero, Andriana Romero, Zachary Casillas, Roman Casillas, Caleb Stocking, Jacob Stocking, Adin Beltran, Daniel Stocking, Arianna Beltran, and Kaison Beltran. She is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in the United States and in the Philippines. Equally important, Cecilia is survived by her spiritual community who has loved, cared, and prayed with her as part of her Christian family. Cecilia's spiritual leaders and partners prayed over her incessantly during her episodes with health issues and throughout her walk with our Lord.
Cecilia graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1985. After graduating from college, she worked with Chevron Corporation for approximately ten years. After the death of her beloved husband, Zbigniew Mikolajczak in 1994, Cecilia was called into ministry with First Love Ministries International, Inc. where she was mentored by Rev. Pat Chen. Under Rev. Pat Chen's spiritual guidance, Cecilia grew in her knowledge of God and her love for intercessory prayer. Cecilia's hunger to walk in righteousness before God motivated her to search for truth through the fellowship of believers and ongoing bible studies. "I will praise You with an upright heart as I learn Your righteous laws." Psalm 119:5
Cecilia was a powerful prayer warrior whose lips, mind, body, and soul continually praised the name of Yeshua. She walked in the counsel of the Holy Spirit and moved under His unction obediently. It was this same unction of the Holy Spirit that connected her to Pete and Leslie Holzmann of International Christian Technologists' Association in 2000 where she served until her passing.
Cecilia was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at age 12, which contributed to issues affecting several of her organs: eyes, heart, pancreas and kidneys. In her early 40's, she was diagnosed with renal failure. While she had resigned to being insulin dependent and on dialysis for the rest of her life, her Father in heaven had a much better plan for her: in 2011 Cecilia became a double transplant recipient of a pancreas and kidney. Even with her numerous health issues, her faith and trust in Jehovah Rapha as her Healer were unwavering to the end.
Cecilia's desire and hope for her loved ones was that each one would come to know the saving grace through our Lord Jesus Christ. As such, we share a piece of her testimony so that all may know, that her purpose in the earthly realm was to be used as a broken vessel who pointed to the one True God in the name of Jesus Christ, her Messiah and Savior.
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servants. Truly I am your servant, Lord; I serve you just as my mother did; you have freed me from my chains." Psalm 116:15-16
