When I graduated from Seminary I received my first call to Cedar Rapids. I was either the 6th or 8th pastor to serve that parish in less than 30 years.
Maribel and I will always be grateful to Cedric and Marcia for their friendship and guidance in that first parish. Through the last 50 years I have quoted Cedric“s wise words " Som days as a pastor you have to say "to hell with it!! May his memory provide us with eternal memories! He is as one special kind of guy! God love him as do the rest of us!
