Yesterday
She was a large part of the reason that I fell in love with theater and she gave me so many amazing opportunities as an actor when I was in high school. She truly helped me find my place in the world When I started teaching at West she was there to support me and entrusted me to take over the theater program To this day, I still remember running my college audition with her in upper E wing. She was so proud of me when I got accepted to Syracuse. Sometimes when I´m sitting in the back of the auditorium and I yell out to the kids I´m reminded of how she would yell from the back of the house for us to project or cheat out. Her love for the theater was so immense and and she shared it with all her students. I have often thought of her in the last couple years and I regret not having reached out to see her. I hope she she knew how special she was to me and to so many of her students.
