Celia Niño Obituary
Born in Mexico to parents Augustin Wences and Victoria Salgado Adame on August 5, 1947, Celia had 8 siblings, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Celia moved to the United States in 1972. She married Juan M. Nino in the same year, and became business owner and cosmetologist. Celia spent most of her life in San Benito, where she loved to water her plants, go for walks at the park, and loved her family. She was baptized Jehovah's Witness and remained devoted to her congregation.
Celia is survived by her children Alejandro Nino (Melinda Nino), Anna P. Oldfather (Allen Oldfather), Efrain Nino, Benjamin Nino, Priscilla Nino. Celia is also survived by her grandchildren Kassanda Bowden, Isaac Nino, Damien Garcia, Brandon Nino, Oracio Garcia Jr., Felicia Garcia, Victoria Lopez, Brian Lawson, Skylar Garcia, Andrew Nino, Christopher Nino, and Cody Oldfather.
Though she is no longer with us, she continues to guide us as a devoted wife, mother, and
grandmother.
Private viewing held with close family, no public service held
