Celia Pearl Riddle Norton, age 71 of Rockwood, passed away on Thursday, February 19th, 2026. She was born on September 25th, 1954. Celia grew up her whole life in Rockwood. She was of the Christian faith and loved the Lord. Her fur baby "MoMo" was very special to her. Celia was mom and nanny to many children who she loved. She was a big Trump supporter and those who knew her knew she loved to smoke her cigarettes. She is preceded in death by her parents: Ernest Henry "Moe" Riddle & Mary Kathleen Baker Treadway; Ex-husband: Grover Norton; daughter: Brandalyn Norton; son-in-law: Christopher Pressley; siblings: Theresa K. Riddle, Tonia Treadway Huffstetler, Connie Riddle Bowling; and grandmother: Nancy Daisy Currier Baker of the Wheat Community. She is survived by:
Children: Steven Robinette (Annette), Donnie Ryans, Christie Clowers Pressley, and Dustin "Jeepers" Norton
Grandchildren: Tasha Hamilton, Whitney Robinette, Tristin Pressley, Hunter Pressley, Donovan Ryans, Maddox Ryans, Alyssa Norton, Breanna L. Norton, and Ashley Zeek
Great Grandchildren: Danny Leach, Gracelyn Pressley, August Ryans, Daniel Pressley, Malachi Pressley, Ryker Pressley, Raelyn Pressley
Brother: Junior Treadway
Sisters: Mary "Gert" Schubert, Karen Riddle
Special Friend: Jimmy and Tracy Cooley
and a host of many other extended family members and friends
Private graveside services will be held in the Roane Memorial Gardens. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family ask in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Evans Mortuary for funeral expenses.
